These terms apply to all purchases made by Emporio-Elettrico srl via www.emporio-elettrico.it
The relationship between Emporio-Elettrico srl and the customer is satisfied by the acceptance of the order.
The Customer, during the purchase process, accepts all the general and payment conditions.
The non-acceptance of the Terms of Sale voids the purchase process.
Emporio Elettrico srl reserves the right to make amendments to Terms and conditions at any time, notifying promptly the Customer.
HOW TO BUY
The customer can buy the products using the website: www.emporio-elettrico.it, with the procedures of purchase proposed. Emporio-Elettrico srl ensures the costant update of the data, but it is not responsible for all the changes made by the producers.
At the end of the process the customer will receive an e-mail to the address provided, with a summary of the products purchased, their details and the tracking code to follow the shipment.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
The customer can pay with credit card using the virtual pos service.
The customer can pay by PAYPAL.
The customer can pay by bank transfer with the following details. The order will be sent after the crediting at the bank account of Emporio-Elettrico srl. (Not responsible for time banking).
The pick up at our headquarter is only possible by appointment and after the confirmation by mail of the material requested and data communication for the issuance of the sales document.
METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Emporio-Elettrico srl only uses DHL and DPD couriers.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer, who can use all the promotions and discounts proposed.
Shipments will be made within 48/72h after the payment, and any delays will be communicated to the customer.
15.1 The delivery times, after sending the shipment, are:
- Europe zone 1 range from 1 to 2.5 kg 1 business day;
- Europe zone 1 over 2.5 kg: 2 business days;
- Other countries in Europe: 2 business days;
- Non-eu: 3-4 business days;
Emporio-Elettrico srl is not responsible for any failure or delay of the courier.
Subsequent storage costs, generated by the non-pick up of the parcel, will be charged to the customer.
The Customer undertakes to provide the correct address, the details and the telephone number in order to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
In case of damaged packages, the customer has to sign the document with the words 'SUBJECT TO INSPECTION'. Then, within two days, he must communicate to Emporio-Elettrico srl the presence of damaged material.
As soon as Emporio-Elettrico srl receives the notification from the customer, it will make the claim to the carrier.
Failure to respect this procedure relieves Emporio-Elettrico srl from any inquiry, redemption and replacement.
All the purchases are shipped with the RECEIPT / INVOICE, according to the data of the customer registration.
Any request of the invoice after the order, can not be accepted.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Professionals with VAT are excluded.
-The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the receipt of goods, sending a notice to Emporio-Elettrico srl (emporio-elettrico.it).
-This right allows to give back the goods, with the refund of the net amount, excluded all the additional expenses, such as transportation and taxes.
-The notification must include that the consumer wishes to return, the bank details for the refund and the copy of the receipt attached to the expedition, with written by hand 'exercise of the right to reconsider on dd / mm / yy' followed by the signature.
-The consumer must also return to the store the products in the original packaging within 14 days from the receipt.
-The shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Exclusion from the right of withdrawal (Art. 52 Consumer Code Legislative Decree
-Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for the following contracts:
-The deadline is met if the consumer sends back the goods before the expiration of the period of fourteen days.
-The consumer will only pay the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the trader has agreed to take himself charge of it.
All the products sold by Emporio-Elettrico srl are covered by warranty for 24 months, according to the applicable law and the guidelines given by their respective manufacturers.
The warranty is applied by manners specified in the documents inside the package.
Emporio-Elettrico srl will provide to its customers the necessary assistance.
The Customer may request to Emporio-Elettrico srl the warranty service. The damaged material must be shipped prepaid to our office with a detailed description of the problem. Emporio-Elettrico srl will make the damaged product repaired and will send it back to the customer, carriage paid.
Any costs of repair, not covered by the warranty, will be charged to the customer, with a previous notice.
For all the products failured on the first use, the customer can contact Emporio-Elettrico srl, that, at its discretion will replace it with a product of equal or superior characteristics or will refund it, except shipping costs.
The customer must send the defective product at its own expense directly in Emporio-Elettrico srl, and any replacement and/or repair will be evaluated after checking the returned product.
For all the cases relating to the guarantee, the customer agrees to send to Emporio-Elettrico srl the material, carriage paid, with packaging documents and all the accessory parts. The material damaged or manipulated will be immediately excluded from the guarantee.
